You'll be able to run your hand over the various types of granite, hold paint swatches up to hardwood samples and feel the plushness of different carpet options. The 10 unique palettes that make up this hands on experience come from a pairing of the latest design trends and popular interiors from our showhomes. Each of the 10 palettes offer a wide variety of choices, and you'll be able to select the hardwood, carpet, tile, cabinets, granite, paint colour, appliance and plumbing and lighting packages that suit your style and budget.

If the cabinets or carpet from another palette are more to your liking, it's no problem. You have the freedom to mix and match between all 10, allowing for thousands of combinations. Detailed costs accompany each finishing element, and our planning consultants will be by your side to guide you through every step.
