Alberta Construction Safety Association The Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA) offers quality, professional advice and education for the construction industry. The ACSA, Alberta Human Resources and Employment, and the Workplace Health and Safety organizations are dedicated to educating and assisting employers and workers in injury prevention on the job through the Certificate of Recognition (COR) program for the Alberta construction industry. Professional Home Builders Institute of Alberta Stepper supports the industry’s educational program designed to educate builders and certify master homebuilders. Stepper Custom Homes was one of the first certified master homebuilders in Alberta.
