  • Siding & cornerposts: prefinished vinyl – standard colours.
  • Garage door: 16’ x 7’ insulated maintenance-free.*
  • Front entry door: insulated metal c/w deadbolt & keyed knob lock.
  • Windows: vinyl sliders & sealed unit picture – standard white.
  • Sidewalk: 4’ wide concrete to driveway.
  • Driveway: poured concrete width of standard garage, steel reinforced.*

Basement
  • Rebar: two double rows on full height exterior walls, one row on lesser height.
  • Damproofing: tabbed ties c/w bitumen coating (two coats where no weeping tile).
  • Weeping tile: provided around house perimeter (only if lot has storm servicing). 
Frame (to meet Alberta Building Code)
  • Floor system: premanufactured engineered joists.
  • Subfloors: 23/32" O.S.B., nailed & screwed.
  • Interior walls: 2" x 4" or 6" (as applicable) studs at 24" o.c.
