Selections Coordinator
We are an organization that prides itself on customer service and service excellence.
We currently have an opportunity for a Selections Coordinator. As Selections Coordinator, you would meet and guide our customers through their interior finishings selection process. The role also entails liaising with trades and suppliers to stay up to date on the latest products and trends to offer to our customers. The successful applicant must have the ability to:
- Work with customers to identify their needs and wants in a new home
- Manage the customer relationship throughout the planning and building process
- Respond to customer issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Communicate in a friendly and effective way
- Work in both independently and in a team environment
- Manage timelines and schedules
Experience required:
- Previous experience in new home construction required
- Background in interior design is an asset
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- A strong ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail, including an ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Must have a sense of urgency
- Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
