High Expectations

Almost 1 year ago, my wife and I built a home in Rockborough with Stepper. Having built two prior homes in the past 5 years, we came to the process with a lot of experience, and high expectations. I am very pleased to say that at every opportunity, Stepper has far exceeded those expectations.

First off, the sales staff (Mike and Janet) were knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and timely. The site supervisor (Grant) was in careful control of the project from day one, and any concerns or questions were handled immediately and on site.

Most of all, the service staff (Ben and yourself) were - simply put above and beyond. Our calls were returned promptly (often within minutes), our deficiencies - both big and small - were handled professionally and without any conflict. A specific example which comes to mind is that of a forgotten window well. When this was mentioned to Ben, the problem was solved the very next day - we were thrilled with the response.

Should we ever decide to upsize, downsize, or move on, we would build with Stepper again without any hesitation. Anybody can build a house, but Stepper built us a home.
