Catering to the wants and needs of our customers is paramount. We have a program exclusive to Stepper called the HOST program or, our Home Owner Satisfaction Team. At Stepper, we thought that a great host could help make the home building experience one of the most exciting events in our customers' lives.

To ensure that we're making this sometimes overwhelming experience an enjoyable one, the Stepper HOST team makes sure that our customers are in the loop on every aspect of the building of their home. This team will see that questions are answered promptly, and will maintain consistent contact with our customers throughout the process.

After the purchase of the home, our customers will be introduced to their Stepper HOST team consisting of three representatives from the main stages of the building process: sales, construction and service. This team will take our customers step by step through the building experience from the initial reviewing of plans and specs to the presentation of the home on possession day.
